How I came to this work
My work began from a personal search for ways to release tension held in the body. Through the Enrootment Method, I started working directly with trauma and emotion as they live in the nervous system. This offered a concrete, embodied way to meet experiences that could not be resolved through understanding alone.
Alongside this path, I have worked for many years in education as a group facilitator, supporting people in processes of growth and development.
Today, the sessions bring together these experiences. We begin with a short conversation before moving into body-oriented work, guided by touch, breath, and presence. The focus is on grounding, regulation, and creating space for integration to unfold.
