The body often carries what the mind has learned to hold back.
In bodywork, attention shifts from explanation to experience. This work is trauma-informed and guided by the present state of the nervous system. We move at a pace that supports safety, regulation and choice. Nothing is forced or pushed.
Sessions create space to notice sensation, breath and internal responses, allowing the body to reorganise in its own time. Rather than working toward a goal, the focus is on support, grounding and integration.
A session lasts approximately two hours. It begins with a short conversation and moves into body-oriented work on a futon. You remain fully clothed. Touch, stillness and music are used as supportive elements, always in dialogue with your boundaries and capacity. The work is rooted in the Enrootment method.
