Sessions combine conversation with somatic practices, helping insight land in the body rather than staying in the mind.

An IFS-informed perspective supports gentle awareness of the different parts within you - including protective responses, emotions and unmet needs - allowing space for understanding, regulation and integration.

Each session lasts approximately 90 minutes. We begin with dialogue and reflection, followed by embodied practices that support integration and grounded change over time.
